A game node system is a decentralized system of agents, that processes transactions coming from game routers.
Each game node is assigned to an agent (holder), who has staked $SNAKE tokens into a special pool, so transactions are processed according to the proof-of-stake mechanism. But the processing priority is round-robin - a distribution algorithm in which the freest node is selected for processing.
If there are more transactions than the nodes are able to process at the current moment, then they form a queue. Depending on the network load, the price for each node will rise or fall.
If the holder stakes N+K tokens, where K<N, then K tokens will receive interest according to the default staking pool. But if he stakes 2N tokens, he will receive income from two nodes.
There are important advantages of using a game node system:
Decentralization - The system operation depends on agents that process transactions, which means the system doesnโt have an owner. The ChainSnake project is moving towards full decentralization, when the functional working of its network will depend on the system of game nodes and validators of the main network, using POS mechanism.
Security - During token deposit/withdrawal to/from game servers, the game nodes check all the necessary conditions for the transaction, which well increases the system security without creating unique addresses and other operations.
High transaction speed - Due to the huge amount of servers and players, the system of game nodes will operate at high speed, as a huge count of agents will process transactions.
For each processed transaction for Input/Output To/From games or game servers, the ChainSnake project takes a 2% fee, most of which goes to the owner of the game node. Thus, for example with $100 million monthly volume of deposits/withdrawals, and 100 game nodes, each node holder will earn ~$10.000 per month.
Also, DAO privileges are provided to all game node owners. For example, NFT collection whitelists for games supported by ChainSnake, season/battle pass discounts, higher APR on staking and much more.
